Orders and Shipping
Can I checkout as a “Guest”?
Yes, you can checkout as a Guest. However, by signing up for a CORE merino account allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your details for future purchases
Can I provide a different shipping address?
Not a problem. You will have the option to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. Or, if the addresses happen to be the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.
When will my order ship?
We try and ship orders as soon as the payment for the order has been made. Orders ship within 3-5 business days following the receipt of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
How will my order ship (carrier)?
All orders within South African boarders will ship via Aramex.
What is the cost of domestic shipping?
We have a flat shipping fee on all orders shipped within South Africa of R180 ex Vat
Can I edit my order once it has been placed?
For any order changes, please email info@coremerino.com. Order changes can only be accommodated if the item(s) have not yet been shipped.
