CORE Merino provides a flat rate shipping fee on all orders of R180 within the borders of South Africa. Orders ship within 2-5 business days following the receipt of payment. Parcels are prepared with the utmost care and protection to ensure safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally and the shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.

For international orders, we will give you an individual shipping fee quote based on your location.

In addition, please note that shipments outside of South Africa may be subject to tariffs, duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), etc. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges. Please consider the transit times vary due to location and customs procedures in each destination, so transit times are only an estimate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange items purchased directly from CORE Merino within 30 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of underwear for change of mind for hygiene reasons. Please fill in this return and exchange form or email us at info@coremerino.com. Please note that return shipping fees are at your own expense.
